Seeing the horses and the pasture in the back was my favorite part of the stay. The cabin is very spacious and has a very homey feel with the well-stocked kitchen, great room, entertainment area in the basement and four good-sized bedrooms with closets. I will definitely recommend this cabin!

We spent 1 week in early December due to my daughter's wedding...had up to 12 people but plenty of beds to go around! The downstairs was excellent for the children and the TV area entertained the as well...leaving the upstairs living and kitchen area open for the adults to be together. House was everything we expected and more...the supplied grill and propane let us grill 2 evenings and enjoy some fairly mild outdoor weather (although it was rainy, but probably not Todd's fault...) We've NEVER had such hospitable hosts and Todd communicated so well, we never worried about anything. I would rent the house again - or anything from Todd to be honest! 5 stars - 100% - 10 out of 10!

We all had a great time and enjoyed the location of the house. The yard was just perfect for the kids to run around and play and since it was right next to the state park we were able to play mini golf and go hiking. We would definitely recommend this.

Renter(s): Joseph & Linda Kleinsasser Rating: Positive	Comment: We found the cabin, (and Mr. Dailey in working with our over sized crowd) extremely accommodating and sufficient. it was a little crowded with all 22 of us, but we don't mind squeezing. :) The propane tanks for the grill were full, the house clean, the large porches wonderful, and as an added bonus, enough huge pots, pans to cook for our big crowd. And of course the fact that the cabin is located just outside Dale Hollow Park is an asset as well. We found a few lovely hiking trails and even went swimming in the frigid March waters of the lake. :) We enjoyed our stay immensely and would rent the same cabin again if opportunity arose. Very close to the Dale Hollw Course, in fact you could probably hit a 3 wood from the front yard and hit #11 green. We have been using this cabin for several years and have already booked it for next year. The price and comfort are the best you can find.

It is actually quite a bit nicer than I anticipated, and it's just a really nice setting. In the rear, there is a covered porch/deck that runs the entire length of the house, which is pretty cool. It is very clean, and well equipped. It's very conveniently located to both the golf course and state marina. Todd is also an easy guy to deal with.

What helped was that the cabin was well stocked,clean,and very accommodating for our party of 10. We had 5 teenagers/young adults and they were able to have their own space in the basement. The laundry room/front loader washer and dryer were awesome!! The location of the cabin was a plus because we were at the marina everyday to go out on the boats and jet skis. Highly recommend this place and would rent again.

The kitchen was well stocked with all of the items we would normally have at home. Sofa's are all very comfortable, with ceiling fans almost in every room. The beds and bedrooms were roomy and accomodations for sleeping was huge. The porch out back was roomy with plenty of seating. The porch on the side next to kitchen was our favorite place to be in the morning before we went to the lake and after we returned. The Lake distant is not as far away as I had originally thought. It is very close to the lake. We are planning to return again on our next vacation. Todd Daily was a pleasure to work with, with getting us information on hospitals, stores, ANY information we needed. Thank you. We enjoyed our stay.

There was plenty of room and everyone had a geat time. The adults had the carport for outside "adult time" and the kids had the downstairs. We were less than 5 minutes to the State Dock marina. We know we will be back next year. The cabin contained everything we needed and was spotless!
